Self-Funded Employer Insurance Group Members:

As a member of a self-funded employer insurance group you have access to check claim status for you or any of your covered dependents online. Fully-Insured Employer Insurance Group Members:

As a member of a fully-insured employer group you also have online access capabilities through your designated health insurance carrier. Please refer to your identification card for more information, or call our office and we would be glad to help you get to the right website.
